Vintage topcon working lensmeter lensometer. You are bidding on a wonderful vintage working lensmeter. I can't find a manufacturer's name on it but i found an identical one online and it was a topcon. I am not familiar with the proper use of this machine but when you plug it in, a circle of small green dots are visible through the eyepiece when the large dial on the side is turned to zero.
I slid an old pair of glasses in between the spring operated pads where i think they go and then adjusted it to refocus the green dots. I assume this reading gives you the power of your glasses. This is a great, usable vintage machine! Happy bidding and after yuo bid, check out my other auctions!
