1930s-1940s superb! Carl zeiss jena deltrintem 8x30 binoculars with carrying case. Made in germany and might have been made for egrman army with world class optics! The view through the ibnoculars is magnificient! The glass is like new with no scratches and there is no dirt inside the binoculars. The focusing mechanism and the adjustable eye strength mechansim has been lubricated and they both work smoothly when moved however due to age the rubber covering which cover the metal focusing wheel has deterioated over they years and it might be a good idea to add some iknd of rubber material to get a more grip to the focusing wheel but you can still turn it albeit slowly had the rubber been there for better grip also like to mention there is small cosmetic wear that comes over the years and is to be expected! Having said that, this has still got to be one of the best preserved zeiss 8x30 deltritnem binoculars you will ever find! Just look! At the pics of the actual binoculars and the case you will betting and see for yourself! The excellent condition it is in!
